Yellow dock root -

blood/ liver cleanser and builder, liver, and gallbladder detoxifier, kidneys, stimulates bile, promotes healthy digestion, mild laxative, stimulates the pineal gland, arthritis, inflammation, skin issues, antibacterial.

INSTRUCTIONS:

• 1tsp - 10oz water
• Bring herbs and water to a boil
• Turn stove towards lowest point
• Let simmer 10-15mins
• 2-3 times per day
